Califlow focus on using minimal equipment, ensuring correct technique and approaches are used to achieve results. They believe the combination of strength and flexibility provided by Calisthenics, Yoga and other movement philosophies are transformative and allow individuals to learn to move in a way that has been lost amid the sedentary lifestyles of today’s population.
