November is one of those months where we would ideally retreat into our home and not come out till the Christmas festivities have begun and it seems worth it to brace the cold and come out to see friends. In the mean time, we're baking at home when we can, and although we're trying to put a healthy spin on some of these indulgent treats, we have linked the full un-healthy recipes for you to try below. We can assure you that any one of them would be a welcome snack in the office, classroom or even locker-room. Let us know what you think!
1. Yaldas Paleo Banana bread
Unbelievably easy, and a great way to use up left over bananas. If you love chocolate we recommend adding some chocolate drops in when you put the walnuts in too. (You can thank us for the tip later)
2. Cinnamon buns to die for
In an effort to be mega Hygge we embraced the Scandi pastry world big time a few years ago, this is a firm favourite in our house and we've now mastered the rolling.
3. extremely chocolatey chocolate cake
I mean how could you not love this... heaven on a plate! enjoy every. single. mouthful.
4. Ginger biscuits we're addicted to
Quick, easy and tasty as ever. Spend the afternoon decorating them with kids and even use christmassy shape cutters to turn them into christmas trees or snowmen.
5. Ella's deliciously chocolatey oat cookies
We're one of those people who like the oat & raisin cookies at Ben's Cookies rather than the white cocolate ones, but these are a great half way house situation and they come out perfect every time.
